Summary: There's one sure fire way to get Tendou's attention.



"We took a vote." Jyuka informed her brother as he sat down to eat at the Bistro La Salle. "You need to stop flirting with Kagami, Oniichan."

"Oh?" Souji raised an eyebrow as Hiyori nodded in agreement behind Jyuka. The owner of the Bistro, Yumiko, crossed her arms and smirked in a threatening manner from the doorway to the kitchen. "And why is that?"

"Kagami-kun is a good person." Hiyori said in her quiet, firm manner.

"If a little on the naive, clumsy side." Yumiko added.

"He's friendly, polite and helpful." Jyuka counted off on her fingers. "Practically the opposite of Oniichan."

"He deserves someone... sweet. Cute." Hiyori concurred. "Someone similar to him."

Souji nearly spat out the sip of water he had just started taking. He sputtered a little, finally getting the water down the right pipe in his throat. "Wait." He looked up in disbelief at his sister and the other women. "You mean to say that you want me to stop flir- teasing Kagami, because he can do better than me?!"

"Yes." Hiyori said firmly.

"Exactly." Jyuka nodded, motioning to Hiyori. "Oniichan is the best Oniichan he can be, but Oniichan is a bit rude to Kagami. Not polite at all."

"You always insult him." Hiyori expounded.

"Poor boy's always confused." Yumiko frowned. "You're very inconsiderate to him."

"... So you want me to leave Kagami alone." Souji said tentatively.

"Yup." Jyuka crossed her arms. "We know some girls who'd be really good for him that we're going to be fixing him up with dates on. Kagami deserves to be happy, don't you think?"

Something flickered in Souji's eyes, something dark and somewhat menacing. "I see." He said, rising from the table and stiffly walking out, his body radiating tension.

The next week, Souji was dating Kagami. Souji was polite, considerate and almost doting. Kagami looked confused at the abrupt change in behaviour, but happy.

Jyuka, Hiyori and Yumiko congratulated themselves on a job well done.
